Our mountain cheese is produced in small alpine dairies from fresh, untreated hay milk (raw milk). After careful maturation lasting several months, the hard cheese develops its spicy aroma.
We offer this speciality in the following sizes:
- Whole wheel, 28 kg
- Half wheel, 14 kg
- Quarter wheel, 7 kg
- Eighth wheel, 3.5 kg
