RAW MATERIALS

We are a manufacturer-independent processor of hard and semi-hard cheese.

We offer a wide range of different standard varieties, such as Emmental, Gouda and Edam, as well as specialities such as Allgäu Emmental, Allgäu Mountain Cheese, and Swiss cheese varieties.

We also offer various qualities such as Bioland, Naturland, GMO-free, Heumilch g.t.S., Regionalfenster, certified Bavarian quality, halal, etc.

PACKAGING

Comprehensive range of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

We have the perfect packaging for your product. Whether recyclable mono packaging, paper packaging, wood look or special print finishes – there are no limits to our technical capabilities.

Cutting and packaging technology

State-of-the-art cutting and packaging lines for your cheese variety.

Whether grated, diced, sliced or in chunks – we cut your raw materials precisely and economically. Individual packaging in assortment boxes is possible.

We collect your raw materials from across Europe and deliver the finished, packaged cheese back to you.

Cheese slices

 

We offer a wide range of standard varieties in different slice sizes, weights, pack sizes and packaging options.

Packaging options:

  • Thermoformed trays with easy-peel
  • Optionally with resealable lid

Slice sizes:

  • 100 x 100 mm
  • 100 x 60 mm
  • Other formats available on request
  • Standard formats with consistent slice weights

Pack sizes:

  • 100 - 500 g

 

Grated cheese

 

Our range of services includes a diverse selection of shredded products – made from various types of cheese and mixtures tailored to your needs, in different shred sizes and packaging solutions.

 

Packaging options:

  • Flow packs/cushion bags, optionally with zip closure
  • Stand-up pouches with zip closure

Small packs:  

Pack size: 100 - 300 g

Grating thickness: 2,5 x 22,5 mm (small pieces possible depending on production technology)

Large packs:

Packungsgröße: 500 - 5.000 g

Grind sizes:

  • 2 x 15 mm
  • 2,5 x 25 mm
  • 2,7 x 20 mm

We offer a wide selection of cheeses in various sizes, cut from cheese blocks or round loaves. Equalised or variable weight cheese pieces are available.

  • 150 - 500 g
  • Different sizes from cheese blocks and round loaves are available.

 

Cheese blocks

 

We offer a wide range of cheese varieties in various bar sizes from the cheese block.

Packaging options:

  • Sleeve bags
  • Shrink wrap

Pack size:

  • 5 - 30 kg (sleeve bags)
  • 2 - 5 kg (shrink wrap)

Special sizes for further processing are available on request.

Cheese maturation

Our cellar is your capacity

Do you need storage space for your cheese speciality? Then we can make room for you. Store your young mountain cheese in our cheese cellar until it has reached the desired maturity. At a temperature of 15 °C, 95 % humidity and under the ideal conditions that our cheese also enjoys.

  • Fully automatic cheese care with weekly greasing and turning of the wheels
  • Capacity for 8,000 wheels of Allgäu mountain cheese
